NEW MEMBER ORGANIZATION MENTORSHIP
Mentorship for New Member Organizations
For all new member organizations, TechShift will assign an alumni mentor who has led a TechShift member organization who will be able to provide insight on starting and growing your new organization.
about mentorship
Starting a new Member Organization can be overwhelming with questions about where to start and what you need to do to grow your organization. To help support our newest founders, we have created a mentorship program that connects Alumni Organization Leads with new founders.
How It Works
For new Member Organizations, the first step in working with a mentor is to use our Contact Us form to submit a request. Once you have completed this, you will be contacted and assigned a mentor. Once you have been assigned a mentor, you can decide when to meet, how often to meet and what you will talk about.
Topics for meetings can range from defining your organization’s mission statement to sourcing good web development tutorials.
