Maria Filippelli works at the nexus of data, technology, and policy. Currently, Maria is the Data Director for the Southern Economic Advancement Project (SEAP) at the Roosevelt Institute. Prior to SEAP, Maria was a Public Interest Technology Census Fellow with New America, where she developed and led a strategy to assist dozens of national, state, and local organizations and governments navigate the technical changes to the 2020 Census. Maria is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and American Planning Association, and a NASA Space Apps Ambassador. In addition, Maria holds a MS in urban science and informatics from New York University and a MA in economics from San Diego State University.

Stacey Orcutt is a technology professional whose experience has spanned international non-profits, FinTech, and the airline industry. She is currently based in central Virginia where she inspires technology teams to relentlessly improve, deliver quality, and think of the big picture. Stacey also spent several years creating and implementing innovative cross-department collaborations in technology at a major FinTech company. Prior to her years in technology, Stacey spent five years working at an international non-profit where she became passionate about telling on-the-ground stories of impact. She lived in Romania for two years where she worked with the Romanian government to update their census. Additionally, Stacey spent several years researching and creating a future strategy for the future of the organization to recruit, train, and sustain new members. Stacey earned her BA from The George Washington University and spent time studying at Oxford University, as well.

Ciara Ungar is an award-winning Business Consultant with a passion for lifting others up. She is a New York City-based Author on Leadership, Business Consultant in Tech, and Global Speaker. Ciara serves as an adjunct Instructor at esteemed universities, such as Columbia University, and teaches on the subjects of Economics, Entrepreneurship, & Social Justice, Business Entrepreneurship, and Research Fundamentals. She also serves as a Mentor and Judge with MassChallenge and TechStars, sits on several Advisory Boards, and is a founder of four companies that serve emerging leaders and companies in tech across Strategy, Leadership, Business Strategy and Funding - including an organization that serves the homeless community in NYC.
